How can I keep my availability calendar up to date?
All you have to do is click on the ‘Update Availability’ button in the Owner’s Area and you will be directly transferred to a calendar page. First click on the day of arrival button and then on the day of departure, once you have clicked on both dates an Update button will come up at the bottom of the page so that you can save your changes. You can go through the same process as often as necessary and then click on the Finished button to return to the Master Administration area.

Is it necessary to keep my availability calendar up to date?
Constant updating of your availability calendar has proven to be most beneficial. Since, through the search mechanism which automatically filters property availability, you avoid receiving any booking enquiries for dates that have been already booked thus saving time and trouble. Furthermore, your dominance in the summary results page is secured through the constant updating of your availability chart.

In a few words, updating your availability calendar enhances your successful presence in the directory and as a result increases the number of property viewers and booking enquiries.

How will I be informed of any booking enquiries?
Anyone who is interested in your property will come into contact directly with you, either through email or the phone. Enquiries by email will follow a given format with the email subject reading: Booking Enquiry from and will be sent directly to your address featuring in the Owner Account details.

I have attached new photos to my online advertisement but they are not displayed.
Just press ‘Ctrl’ and ‘F5’ when seeing the old photo and ask for a page refresh.
