Patio doors lead out on to the terrace, pool and decking. Sunloungers x 6, table andchairs for your outdoor comfort, along with a BBQ.
Please note there is building skeleton works at the front of this villa which can be seen from the lounge and upstairs bedroom windows. There has been no progreess on this for months now, and no reason to believe works will continue in the forseeable future. The photos of the works last updated may 2008. Should the works resume we will negotiate a discount. The pool area is at the rear of the villa and therefore away from the building works.
Upstairs are 2 twin rooms, and a double. The master double has an en suite shower room, and there is a futher family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a WC.

Water sports from most of the ayia napa beaches.Protaras is a 10 min drive away as is the town of Paralimni. |
