| Villa Helena is a 2 year old luxury detached villa set in the quiet village of Tremithousa. Tremithousa is situated in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The town of Paphos is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a large private pool, surrounded by terraced areas with garden furniture and sun loungers. There are also large gardened areas for relaxing and a barbecue. The fantastic Tsada Golf Club is only a 10 minute drive away and some of the best beaches in Cyprus is a 15 minute journey. |

| The villa comprises of a spacious open plan living room with large sofas, coffee tables, satelitte TV, DVD, video and a stereo. The room also features a gas log burner for those not so warm winter days and nights. The dinning area has a large formal table to seat eight people, and two sets of sliding doors which lead onto a large terrace that takes advantage of the panoramic views. There is also a cloakroom with basin & WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with floor and wall units, ample work surfaces, hob with extraction hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board and various cooking utensils. A door from the kitchen leads to the utility room,which has a sink, storage and a washing machine. An attactive staircase leads up to the three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and a en-suite comprising of a bath, shower and WC. The bedroom leads onto a stunning veranda hosting sea views. Bedroom two has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms two and three lead onto verandas with fantastic views of the sea. There is a guest bathroom comprising of a bath, shower and WC. The water in the villa is heated by solar panels,but there is also an emmersion for those occasional dull winter days. There is air-conditioning throughout which can be switched to heat if required. Linen is provided,but guests are required to supply their own beach/pool towels. |

| Coral Bay beaches are a 30 minute drive. All kinds of water sports are available including scuba diving, water sking, power boats, jet skis and banana boats.There are several beaches in this area that are deemed some of the best in Cyprus. The harbour and other beaches are a 15 minute drive away. There are three fantastic golf clubs around the Paphos district, Tsada Golf, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. The nearest being Tsada Golf Club, it has a driving range and a 18 hole course surrounded by wonderful scenery overlooking Paphos.In the winter months i.e. January, Febuary and March sking takes place in the Troodos, which is between 45-60 minute drive from the villa. Tremithousa is surrounded by many small villages which hosts small bars and restaurants, you can always guarantee good food at a reasonable price. |
