Includes air conditioning, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tableware, pots and pans, bed linen and towels, TV, stereo with CD player, etc. Weekly rate £245. Daily rate £35 (minimum stay of five days). No other fees or charges. Cheaper than the average upmarket guest house or hotel. (If you need more space, I also have a one-bedroom apartment on the same floor at £315/week or £45/night.
