| Villabela is a beautiful 3 bedroom new villa, finished to a high standard, located in the countryside, just 1 km from the centre of Boliqueime, a small rural village in the Central Algarve.
It has wonderfull views and good acess, just 10 minutes from the nearest beaches of Vilamoura, Quarteira and Albufeira (where the night life is) and 20 minutes from Faro International Airport.
The swimming pool and the large terrace around are surrounded by a private garden. To the side is a BBQ with adicional place for 6 people. The property is surrounded by carob trees and almond trees.
Some of the best golf courses in Europe are just a fewminutes away in Vilamoura (Millennium, Victoria, Old Course, Laguna), Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There is also Horse rinding, karting, watersports, marine world (ZooMarine) nearby.
In Boliqueime you can find supermarket, restaurant and pub. The rustic market town of Loulé is just 15 minutes away. |

First floor: 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom/wc; 1 double bedroom with private bathroom/wc (en-suite); both bedrooms have balconies with magnificent country and sea views;
Terrace: acess by outside stairs from the first floor; we strongly recomend to enjoy the fantastic view from this part of the house (day or night) while tasting a local liqueur "Amarguinha", courtesy of the owners. Perfect!! |
