It is a corner flat on the 5th floor of a complex of flats with a lift in the stairwell and east-facing and west-facing balconies. It has a shared swimming pool, a children’s pool and a tennis court. | The living room, kitchen and balcony look out onto the garden, the afternoon sun, the pool area and the Mediterranean Sea.
There are three double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and morning sunshine.
The flat is fully equipped with furniture, bed linen and towels, and it has all the necessary appliances and air conditioning.
There is a shared garden with a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court and a playground, and everything is surrounded by flowers and palm trees. There are sunloungers and parasols next to the swimming pool, and the cushions for the sunloungers are kept in the flat.
The street outside is paved and it has been enhanced with palm trees, flowers and water fountains. There are several shops selling groceries, as well as restaurants, hairdressers, goldsmiths and clothing shops. It is 200 metres to the beach, which has beach bars, sunloungers and parasols. |
