| A town full of history, character & in more recent times major redevelopment, Llanelli is becoming a holiday hotspot, with outstanding landscape and seaside scenery. It is a coastal town in the county of Carmarthenshire and is a 20min drive from Swansea. Historically Llanelli was originally a mining and tinplate town. It is home to one of the worlds most famous rugby football teams the SCARLETS. Llanelli has also hosted the Welsh National Eisteddfod most recent in 2004.

The Millenium coastal path is 13 miles of coastline from Loughor Estuary to Pembrey, offering views of the Gower pennisula & an opportunity to stop and admire the boats in Burry Port Marina, you can cycle or walk traffic free. Pembrey is a small town situated on the outskirts of Llanelli, it boasts a spectcular Country Park which consists of 7 milesof golden beaches & forestry with over 500 acres that have hidden paths and dunes, perfect for the romatics. If you are a fishing person then this location is also superb for sea & lake angling. The historians amoung you will also be rewarded in this area with Kidwelly & Carreg Cenn Castles |

Cefn Sidan beach situated within Pembrey park has been awarded blue flag status, it is patrolled daily by lifeguards. The park hosts many events throughout the year along with many family activities, including concerts, sailing , surfing, beach sports etc. The national Wildlife Wetland centre is located on the same coastline a few mins drive from the apartment, the WWT innovative centre at Llanelli is the forefront of wetland conservation in wales, its newest feature being the millenium wetlands complex home to wildlife as diverse as the little eagret , curlews, and rear dragonflys. The golf fanatics will fall in love with this area as we have numerous courses to chose from these include the new Machynys golf course is 7100 yards long, 18 holes links course & blends really well with its natural celtic beauty, the club also has a brasserie, restaurant & spa. There are also golf courses at Pembrey and Trimsaran, further afield is Gowerton and Port Talbot. The Welsh Botanical Gardens are only a short 15min drive away on the outskirts of the town Crosshands.
Ghost Hunters will also find this area and location a must for holidays as we have the famous Llanelli House (as featured on MOST HAUNTED) Park Howard is another haunted location the team visited. Craig Y Nos Castle is 40 Mins drive away this also is another famous haunted home.
More local is Llanelli town centre this has numerous restaurants, cafes & bars within walking distance, there is also a cinema / theatre, supermarkets and retail shops all centrally located. |

| Rental Notes: Conditions
A deposit 6 weeks prior to holiday is required of £100.00, lunder 6 weeks must be paid for in full.
A signed cheque of £50.00 must be provided with the booking, this will be returned after the holiday if no damage is found. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, however there is a balcony available.
It is possible for us to provide special requests such as flower or fruit baskets for Birthday or Anniversary treats. We would also provide a festively decorated Christmas apartment for bookings over that period.
On arrival a standard 'WELCOME PACK' would also be provided which would contain the basics to tie you over until you became familiar with the area.
You will be provided with clean bed linen, bath towels and beach towels, this is all included in the price of the rental.
The apartment will have a comprehensive visitors book with details of many local attractions, maps of the area & possibly special offer tickets for certain venues and attractions. |
