Also if you want to experience Dalmatia's ˝must see ˝ sights, such as Split,Trogir, NP Krka, they are easily accessisble. A half hour car drive will take from the solitude and coolness of your apartment to the color and hustle of market places,coffee shops and other joys of city life.
Sip coffee on your terrace enjoying the view of the sea, or sit under the olive trees and have a BBQ, garnished with rosemary picked in your garden. Enjoy your aftrenoon siesta, the murmur of ciccadas will lull you to sleep.
The sea is truly pristine in it's still unmarred beauty, enjoy the swimming. snorkling, scuba diving, to your heart's conent. |

| The villa is divided into two separate apartments, with separate
entrances.
The ground floor apartment is 75m2, conisting of a spacious double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a ground terrce. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine and TV.
The upper floor apartment is 130m2, with two doble bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea.
There is a BBQ in the garden, and plenty of parking space within the gates of the house.
We provide the bedlinen, towels and beach towels.
As mentioned before, the sea is a three min. walk from the house.
There is a store and coffee shop,also within walking distance from the house.
We offer a greeting service, and will always be at your disposal, as our own house is close by.
The airport in Split is a twenty minute drive away. |

The sea is absolutely pristine.
The beaches are rocky and there is a pebble beach, suitable for children.
There are no private beaches, all are easily accessible, so ther are plenty of places to swim and sunbathe.
Above the village, ther is a mountain,the path is good and the climb not very steep, and it offers a breathtaking view !!
The villa is a good base for sightseeing, as most of the major tourist atractions are nearby.
In Rogoznica ( 15.min. by car) sightseeing tours are organised for the islands of Kornati and the N.P.Krka.
The medieval town of trogir is definitely worth a visit, it΄s original atmosphere of old buildings and fortifications still intact. |
