| Ayia Thekla is small quiet residential upmarket area yet it's on the main road which runs from Ayia Napa - Potomos. It offers such diversity from the a picturesque fishing refuge of Potomos with a Ventian watch-tower remains and Sotira with an array of Byzantine churches yet is on the fringe of Ayia Napa and Protaras offering the main tourist attractions.
Ayia Napa originally a small fishing village with harbour has grown to be one of the main tourist attractions in the South east . It has a charming mediaeval monestery and stands in the middle of the village surrounded by a high wall . It's 16th centrury church is partly underground and cut into the rock. Along the beaches of Ayia Napa facilities for all sea sport are provided including :-
wind - surfing, water skiing, sailing canoes, pedals, motor boats, scooters, speed boats, parachutes, scuba diving and more.
In Ayia Napa there is a water park (5 mins away from the villa) go karting and quad bikes close by. Also there is a Dinosaurs Park. Big funfair and boat trips- The Yellow Submarine ( discover the underwater wonders with free snorkeling equipment) or try your hand with the Barracuda boating (fishing excursion

Protaras is a quieter tourist area offering water sports and a water park as well as Ocean Aquarium and a magical show which is a spectacular combination of dancing waters, laser show, volcano eruptions, fire and smoke show.
Paralimni is a small town area with shops such as M&S, coffee shops and more.
Visit the ghost town of Farmagusta. Now allowed in through the border of the Turkish occupied area.
Visit Larnaca with many shops, multiplex cinema or after the late fall rains swell the salt lakes of Akrotiri and Larnaka, thousands of greater flamingoes on hiatus from their traditional homes in Africa fly in to over-winter there. |

| Rental Notes: Suitable for the eldery and inirm as downstairs bedroom and toilet and no steps to the villa.
It is a condition of the booking that Insurance is taken out by the hirer and their party against cancellation, personal accident (useful if you hire a car), personal possessions and medical cover, including the E111 form which you can obtain from your local post office.

For the benefit of other guests, smoking is not permitted in the Villa, but is permitted outside on the patio, terraces, and garden.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Property is suitable for partially infirm (toilet and bedroom ground floor)
£100 deposit required for each week of rental, non refundable on cancellation of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. £100 retainer required on paying balance for breakages (excluding glasses, plates etc). Refundable after inspection by property manager. |
