| Three golf courses operate on the island: 1. Tsada golf club: The club is situated near Tsada village 20 minutes drive. It is 18 hole golf course created by Donald Steel. 2. Secret Valley golf club: It is located 18 km east of Paphos and 49 km from Limassol near “Petra Tou Romou” the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. 3. Aphrodite Hills: a 18-hole golf international golf course located near the birthplace of Aphrodite.
Snow skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympos from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympos is only 3 km from Troodos Hill resort and about an hour’s drive from the seaside town of Limassol and the capital Nicosia. |

| Rental Notes: The keys, contact details, telephone number and inventory list will be given on arrival by the company. One set of key is given by Universal Vacations personally upon arrival at the apartment. Rentals are on the basis of self catering, with no daily maid service. The cleaning is provided upon vacating the property. A no smoking policy exists, and those who do smoke run the risk of paying the cleaning bills to remove the smoke and any damage caused by cigarette burns. Cancellation of your booking can be made up to 30 days prior to the date of occupation and refund of 50 % of the deposit returned. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a 50 CYP administration charge. |
