| The ground floor has a large open plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. The lounge features Satellite LCD TV, Hi-Fi system and DVD player for entertainment. A large 'living flame' gas fire is also featured and quality rattan armchairs are provided to complete your comfort. The dining area is furnished with a beautiful antique glass topped dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven/gas hob etc. Patio doors lead onto a furnished patio area overlooking the pool and gardens with views to Paphos and Coral Bay. An archway leads through to the ground floor bedroom featuring large single beds. A family bathroom, also housing the washing machine completes the layout.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, this is metered.
The pool area features an 8m x 4m maintained pool with full width ‘roman steps’ and ample sunbathing area furnished with umbrellas and quality sun-loungers for 4 people.
The centre of the charming, traditional village of Peyia is just a couple of minutes drive where you will find coffee shops, tavernas, supermarket, bank, chemist, church etc. It is only about a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay where you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars, street cafe's, tavernas and the fabulous blue flag beach with beachside bars and water sports. |

| There are three 18-hole courses to choose from.
Tsada Golf Club is in a beautiful setting and is approximately 30 min. drive. It is about 550 metres above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to par 72 and measures 6,060 metres.
The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 km east of Paphos and lies within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par of 72 and measures 6,200 metres.
Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is 17 km east of Paphos. It offers championship standard course. It plays to par 70/71 and measures 6,232 metres. Both of these courses can be reached in a 40min. drive.
The villa is a 1-11/2 hr drive to the Troodos Mountains of which Mount Olympus is the highest peak at 6,400 metres. There you can either ski or snowboard in the winter months and enjoy cool breezes and walks during the warmer months .
The centre of Peyia village, just a couple of minutes drive (1km), has a great selection of traditional tavernas which offer excellent cuisine, there are also shops/supermarkets/butcher/baker etc.
The livelier resort of Coral Bay with its many hotels, restaurants, bars and sandy beach is just 5 minutes by car (4km). For turtle watching go to Lara Bay just 20mins drive.
Paphos town is 15 minutes drive away. The attractive harbour with its Fort, waterside bars and restaurants is a must visit. Most days the traditional market is open selling local produce and souvenirs. For some culture you should visit the archaeological treasures of the Mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings.
Closer to home, accessed by external stair or from m/ bdrm is a terrace with great views; perfect for 'sundowners' after a day out! |
