Photographs of this villa do not do it justice! Standing in a sizeable plot of land at an area of natural beauty, this large house has the beach for a back yard. The villa offers excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dinning room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. Also note that there are no buildings near the house in half a mile radius. |

| The living area furnished with comfortable sofas features a working corner fireplace with entertainment being provided by the satellite television (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. Patio doors lead onto the partially shaded terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining in those hot summer months whilst admiring stunning direct views of the setting sun as it sinks into the sea. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 with 3 bar stools being provided at the breakfast bar for less formal dining.
A twin room is located on the ground floor along with a separate shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor where the three remaining bedrooms are found. There are two twin bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower rooms and the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The master double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms share a balcony which stretches the width of the villa and overlooks the pool, garden and sea. One of the twin bedrooms has an external staircase giving direct access to the pool area. Taking the stairs to the third level will lead you to the large roof terrace.
All four bedrooms, the kitchen and living area are equipped with air conditioning units* (6 in total) and the property enjoys central heating throughout.** A safe box and hairdryer are supplied and a baby cot and highchair can be provided.
The 8.5m x 4.5 metre swimming pool with ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. A shaded BBQ area with outdoor sink and a portable barbecue stands to the side of the swimming pool. Directly in front of the garden is the beach. The strip of sand and pebbles situated directly in front of the villa is almost deserted. The sea is suitable for swimming but children should always be accompanied by adults. |

Skiing
Skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year at Troodos mountains and specifically Mount Olympus. A car with 4 wheel drive is essential to fully enjoy the journey which takes approx 1 and three quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round. |
