3 Bedroom detached villa at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac. The south facing secluded pool area and sun terraces receive the sun virtually all day. Two sides of the property directly adjoin farmland. The pool measures 7m x 3m & there is a pool shower on site. Perimeter lighting allows bathing at all times of the day as required. The villa is on a newly built complex, & the interior of the villa has been recently refurnished to a high standard in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are two 1st floor twin bedrooms & one ground floor double bedroom. There is also a extra folding bed, travel cot & sofa bed if required. The twin bedrooms lead to the adjoining balconies providing sea views & seating areas. The ground floor bedroom has a ensuite shower & leads directly to the pool terrace. There is a separate downstairs WC. Outside the villa there is a barbeque, drying facilities, & patio furniture. There is also a driveway for parking.

Newly built in 2003, this 3 bedroomed detached villa with private pool, is in a prime location. It is entirely air conditioned with separate units in each room. The villa is a short 35 minute drive from Larnaca airport and is situated between Protaras and Penera. All local amenities are within a few minutes walk. Both first floor bedrooms have twin beds, dressing tables with mirrors, fully fitted wardrobes and drawers. The patio doors lead to the adjoining balconies where there are seating areas with sea views. The family bathroom has bath with shower above and all usual amenities. Downstairs there is a large kitchen diner with all facilities for self catering; including microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, water cooler, kettle, and full oven and hob.A washing machine is also available for use, and drying facilities are to the rear of the property. The living room area has TV, DVD player, CD hifi system, portable CD hifi for outdoor use and a small selection of books.This can also be converted into a extra sleeping area, if necessary. The downstairs bedroom has a double four poster bed, dressing table and mirror, fully fitted wardrobes, drawers and a en-suite shower cubicle. The patio doors lead directly to the pool area. A separate WC and wash basin is located downstairs. There is also a portable travel cot and a high chair.The pool, at the rear of the building, is secluded from the main street, a pool shower is also on site. The pool benefits from full perimeter lighting, ensuring the pool can be used at all times. The pool measures approx 7m x 3m. The surrounding areas of Penera and Protaras both offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, children's entertainment facilities which include; crazy golf, a water park, zoo, aquarium and various sandy beaches with excellent water sports. The villa is located approx 10 - 15 minute walk from Penera Bay which has its own marina and is a beautiful cove. Protaras is a superb family resort but also has excellent nightlife.

The villa is located in Penera which is in Protaras. A short five minute walk will take you in to the heart of Penera and to local bars, tavernas, themed pubs, restaurants, shops, banks, doctor, pharmacy and car hire, quad bike, bicycle hire facilities. Protaras and Kapparis are only a 5 minute drive (or a leisurely walk). Agia Napa is a 15 minute drive. All of these locations have tavernas, restaurants, shops, car hire facilities, local tourist attractions, water sports, many sandy beaches and much more! Other attractions include cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, There is also a miniture golf course, 2 water parks, Famagusta Zoo with lookout point of the ghost city, Ocean aquarium, quad bike hire etc
