| MARBELLA was blessed with a micro-climate that makes the weather often just a little more pleasant than elsewhere on the coast, both in summer ánd winter and brings 320 days of sunshine a year. Both our houses on the coast are situated 7 min. before Marbella, comming from Malaga Airport (30 min.). To be more precise: between exit Cabo Pino and Elviria. Very pleasantly located on a street with destination traffic for the urbanisation "Reserva de Marbella" only. Your upper terrace overlooks a golfgreen and has seaviews. At walking distance (1350 meters) you will find the beautiful dunes and beaches of a small nature-reserve called "Cabo Pino". It has a cosy marina with restaurants, sandy beaches with all kinds of facilities where children can play and therefore often frequented by families. A bit more in our direction are the unspoiled beaches in front of the dunes, partly suitable for nudist recreation and with a gay-friendly part, with a very relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. |

| Within the direct vicinity you will find everything you may need during your stay like restaurants and (beach-)bars, supermarket, busstop, internet café, GP and hospitals etc. Around the corner of your home in the garden you will find two lovely pools, one of which is for children. There is also a childrens playzone. Ofcourse the sunbeds and parasols are at your disposal at no further cost (closed in winter season). Fun for the whole family is guaranteed!
Although the bus can bring you everywhere, it is handy to have a car, eg. for shopping. Luckily one can already rent one from ... Pounds a week all incl. (airport delivery!). Check out our "Links" for some of the cheaper adresses. Thanks to the central positioning on the coast there is a wide range of trips and excursions to be made with something for every taste (culture, nature, sports, fun etc). On site you will find an information binder with tips and trics to help you into the right direction.

| Rental Notes: Eiderdowns and pillows for the beds are available but bedlinen, towels and kitchencloths are not included in the price. You can ofcourse bring these yourself but they may also be ordered with us at an extra charge. At the end of your stay on the last day the Studio should be delivered by you in a clean and tidy way, ready to receive the next guests. This way we can keep prices as low as possible for you, because we don't have to charge you for a final cleaning (performed by a cleaningcompany) which is usually charged (either separate or calculated in the rental price!). If you prefer however, this final cleaning can also be ordered upon booking at an extra charge, the choice is yours. Ofcourse the security-deposit will be payed back to you after the correct delivery of the studio on the last day.
