| Villa Nerina has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and has been stylishly decorated and furnished by Habitat to a very high specification for the more discerning visitors. For this reason we do not consider the accommodation to be appropriate for babies and very young children. Although able to accommodate six persons, we would recommend a maximum of four for your comfort.
A lot of time and effort was put into making Nerina Villa a 'home from home' environment. In a quiet private location, it has the advantage of being within walking distance to the many shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, banks and the enchanting harbour and castle areas.
The villa is approximately 20 mins from Paphos Airport. We can offer airport collection from the Airport by a reliable local taxi driver with reasonable rates (payable locally) and who will take you straight to the villa. Beware the airport taxis who may overcharge and not know where to take you! Larnaca Airport is approx 90 mins |

| This fully air conditioned villa overlooks a quiet shared swimming pool with established trees, landscaped gardens and patio areas with sunbeds and parasols ideal for sunbathing. On the villa’s spacious veranda (with outside lighting) is a table and six chairs together with parasol and sofa. Perfect for just languishing in the sun and al fresco dining whilst enjoying a cool glass of wine. Access to the pool is via steps down from the veranda. There is off road parking to the front of the villa.
The villa is an ideal base from which to visit and explore the historic sites of Paphos and to experience the sophistication of the harbour restaurants and/or the lively night life of Bar Street. A bus ride will take you to Paphos Town market, Vardas Beach and Coral Bay.
For your daily supply of fresh bread, milk etc., there is a mini market close by. There is also a local Cypriot taverna just along the road from the villa. Kato Paphos springs to life at night, and within a short walking distance there is a whole host of mouth watering restaurants from traditional Cypriot tavernas to international restaurants offering Italian, Chinese, Indian, French and English cuisine. Not to mention Bar Street with its many clubs and bars.
Driving times to Limassol is approx 45 mins, to Larnaca approx one and half hours and approx 2 hours to Nicosia. Car rental is not essential for this property, but recommended if you wish to explore Cyprus. We can arrange local car rental for you at reasonable rates (min 3 days) which can be left for your collection at the airport on arrival. |

| Paphos offers a water park, bird park, snake farm, horseriding, aquarium, boat and catamaran trips, fishing trips, go-carting and watersports, to name a few.
The harbour & beach areas are within a 10 minute walk from the villa, but if you feel a bit more adventurous, Coral Bay, with plenty of water sports & fabulous beaches, is a 20 min/ 10Km drive by car or bus. Vardas beach is between Paphos and Coral Bay, it has a grassy area with free sunbeds, showers, a taverna and a small bay for swimming. There is a regular bus service to/from Paphos Old Town (market) and Coral Bay from the harbour.
By car you can visit Polis and Latchi, famous for wonderful seafood restaurants, the Akamas Peninsular (an area of outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking gorges), the birthplace of Aphrodite, other historical sites, monasteries and churches, or explore the numerous picturesque villages in the Troodos Mountains.
There are three top quality world class 18 hole golf courses par 72 to choose from in the Paphos area which are open all year round. Set in unique and stunning scenery, the Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses are approximately 20 minutes by car and the new Aphrodite Hills is approximately a 30 minute drive.
Skiing is available between January and March at Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains, approximately a one hour drive from Paphos. There are four ski lifts and several bars/restaurants. The views are spectacular. You can be skiing in the snow in the morning and sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon.
The port of Limassol offers 3-5 day cruises to the Greek Islands and Egypt.
There is also an inexpensive shared taxi service connecting Paphos - Limassol - Larnaca - Nicosia. Alternatively our local taxi driver can be hired for the day at reasonable rates to take you where you want to go, or let him take you on a mystery tour showing you the many beautiful sites on the island of Cyprus. |
