| Our beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people in air conditioned comfort.
It has it's own private 28' x 14' fully screened, solar heated pool. A 30'x 10' covered patio area, and separate patio area with brick built BBQ which can be floodlit at night, located outside the pool screen area. Large gardens to the front and rear. |

| Our beautiful villa consists of 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with en-suite facilities and walk-in closet. the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and large closet. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and large closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, the 2nd bathroom has a bath tub with shower, wash basin and toilet. Both bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors and access to the patio and pool area. The family room which is also ceramic tiled floor, is where the TV, video, DVD and satellite systems all with surround sound are located. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with the 2nd bathroom are accessed via this room, also patio and pool access via patio doors. The front living room is newly carpeted and has a Queen sized sofa bed, access to the master bedroom is via this room and also patio and pool access via patio doors.
Smoking is not allowed inside our house, but you are welcome to smoke outside under the covered patio area. Ash trays are provided. |

| Our beautiful villa is situated in Poinciana, a semi-rural area just 15 miles South of Kissimmee, where you can relax after a hectic day at the theme parks or shopping malls. Poinciana has several supermarkets including Walmart, Winn-Dixie and Publix. There are banks and several takeaways including Denny's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Chinese. There is also a walk in medical centre.
Situated about 1 mile outside Poinciana is an environmental centre with free entry at weekends, where you can see the local wildlife while walking along raised boardwalks to Reedy Creek, home of several aligators. Riding stables are about 3 miles outside Poinciana, for those of you adventurous enough to go trekking in the local woodland. The local golf course is about a 5 minute drive from our home.
Kissimmee and all it's shops and reataurants are a 15 minute drive away, the major theme parks are about a 30 minute drive, the space coast a 60minute drive and the White sand of the Gulf coast about a 90 minute drive. All subject to volume of traffic of course. |

| Rental Notes: Although we quote a price of £400.00/week all year round, we do offer discounts depending on your party size and time of year being booked. Contact us for a quote.
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of £100.00, this is in addition to the cost of our villa, but is refundable providing we receive a satisfactory report from our management company after you departure.
Our prices do not include, flights, car rental, travel insurance, meals or transfers from your home to airport and from destination airport to our villa.
Cancellation details are listed on our terms and conditions which will be sent to you prior to confirming your booking.
Any changes to a confirmed booking have to be made in writing. |
