| Excellently located between the traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni and Kapparis, there is a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and traditional tavernas just 5-10 minutes away. A local fruit market and a large, modern supermarket are within a few minutes walk; and traditional local handicraft shops, nestling alongside modern boutiques and stores, can be found in the centre of Paralimni. Banks and ATM machines are aso available in the centre of town.
In contrast, beautiful 'Fig Tree Bay' and the picturesque nature reserve ' Cape Greco' are just a 10-15 minute car drive away; a selection of reputedly some of the best sandy beaches on the island are just 5-10 minutes away. making this a lovelyand convenient location for a relaxing family holiday; ideal for couples and families of all ages.
For those seeking the more 'lively' and 'adventurous' pastimes, the resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa - with their waterparks and multitude of bars and restaurants - are just a 10-15 minute car drive away - 20 minutes by bus. However, many of the attractions, bars, restaurants, etc., in these resort areas are closed during the low season - November to April. |

| Rental Notes: A car is not necessary, but advisable. Transfer service from/back to - Larnaca airport can be arranged (at greatly reduced price than taxis. This needs to be booked in advance, payment made direct to driver on arrival.
Changeover days are flexible. Check In after 3pm on date of arrival/Check Out before 11am on date of departure.
To reserve dates a deposit of £100 will be required at time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled by client. Balance of Rental Cost required a minimum of 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Late bookings to be paid in full at time of booking.
Rates for Additional Days are:
£22.50 per day in Low Season (1 Nov to 30 Apr). £45.00 per day in High Season (1 May to 31 Oct).
Our apartment caters for families/couples only - max 6 people. Bookings will not be accepted for all male or all female groups - we reserve the right to refuse entry if such a booking has been made and not disclosed - any monies paid will be forfeited in this case. |
