| This brand new 2 bedroom luxury apartment has its own grounds with a shared swimming pool and splash pool for small children with others apartments in the block. It is just a 50m stroll to a beautiful beach and it has a medical centre right in front of the apartment block. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the nearby Sunny Beach resort (2 km away - bus service every 15-30 mins). On the beach you can choose to do nothing and take a massage at the many massage tents on the beach or for those looking for a more active holiday take part in wind-surfing, volleyball, bungee jumping (children and adults), wind surfing, water skiing, para-sailing, motor launch cruises, jet-skiing all at very reasonable prices.
It is very inexpensive to eat out in Bulgaria – an average meal for 2 with wine approx. £8.50, a pint of beer 40p – not worth the fuss of eating in the apartment - the whole family really can have what they want in Bulgaria. A lot of Bulgarian speak good English too |

| Sveti Vlas is an area that is exclusive and very up and coming and had a stlish marina which opened in August 2006. There are many interesting local places to visit (Nessebur/Pomorie/Golden Sands) and if you hire a car there are some beautiful sights. Bulgarian people are very helpful and friendly and are especially welcoming to young children. The beach is extremely clean and because most buildings are new there is an air of freshness about the place. Many hotels have gyms/indoor pools/beauty treatments available for those wishing to pamper themselves, and there is a fantastic choice of restaurants offering local cuisine. Sunny Beach was awarded the blue flag award. All in all there is something for everyone in Bulgaria and it was voted recently on the TV programme top 20 places to buy in the sun - No6. A good book to purchase is Rough Guide to Bulgaria giving useful information. Bulgaria are due to join EU in 2007. |

We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment - on the balcony only please.
Groups of same sex parties not accepted.
Due to 2 x bunk beds we cannot accept parties with more than 4 adults in. 2 x top bunks for children under 14 only.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed.
There is a security deposit safe.
Returnable deposit of £100 per week (for damage/breakages) and a 20% non-returnable deposit taken at time of reservation. Full payment 2 months in advance. Maid service. Linen included. Emergency contact in Bulgaria in case of emergencies. Changeover day – Friday (but negotiable if apartment is empty). |
