There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. One of the rooms upstairs has a double bed and its own bathroom. The other room upstairs has two single beds and a sea view balcony. There is one more room, which has two single beds, and a common bathroom with the bedroom mentioned before. The room downstairs also has en-suite facilities with WC, a washbasin and a shower. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with WC and a washbasin.
There are 6 air-conditioning units for all areas of the villa. There are 4 air-conditioning units for cooling and heating for all the 4 bedrooms and 2 units in the kitchen and in the lounge. The use of the units is optional and is charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus pounds per day per unit. You may select on request any number of units prior or when you arrive at the villa.
A fully equipped kitchen has Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge, Toaster, Tea maker, Coffee maker, Full set of kitchen utensils, Hobs and fan (electric), Microwave, Griller, Mixer, Salt and pepper, A wooden table and 12 chairs. Washing machine, Iron and ironing board, Hair dryer, Electronic safe box, Toilet rolls.
Maid service once a week (or as requested).

The one of the bedrooms upstairs has access to a sea view balcony. The balcony has 4 wooden chez long chairs and 2 wooden tables. Near the pool there is a big veranda with 2 wooden tables and 8 wooden chairs. In the backyard there are 2 tables and 8 chairs under the lemon trees. There is a mobile BBQ in the outside area of the villa. There is a parking place in front of the villa for up to 2 cars.
Villa is situated in Pomos. Pomos harbor-2 minutes walk Latchi harbor tourist attraction-15 minutes by car. Polis tourist attraction-10 minutes by car Paphos airport-45 minutes by car. Paphos city-45 minutes by car. Larnaca airport-2.5 hours by car. Nearest restaurant-2 minutes walk from the villa. Supermarket-2 minutes by car. |

The use of Internet is provided on your request and is charged 10.00 CY pounds per day. Maid service is provided once a week and is included in the rental rates. For mid-week maid service there is an extra charge of 15.00 CY pounds.
