| Governor's Beach is right in the centre of the island, one kilometer from the highway, and midway between Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. From here it's very easy to organize day trips and see more of Cyprus, the island of love. Governor's Beach, apart from the shallow calm sandy beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like diving, snorkelling, boating and fishing. If you like walking, there are many wonderful walks along nature trails in the hills near by, or walk along the beach and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent selection of restaurants beside the beach where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal clear water. |

There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park and a biker centre. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive! |
