Home from home comforts for your perfect carefree holiday include dual air conditioning/heating units throughout, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave, an open plan dining area with table and chairs sitting 6, and a large lounge with sofa and chairs sitting 5, with TV and DVD. The master (ensuite) bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has twins, both with generous wardrobe space and dressing tables. The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2 additional persons. For swimming, sunbathing and relaxing there is a wonderful large, safe and stylish swimming pool and terrace with poolside showers and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. This is private, quiet and immaculately maintained. Our friendly and helpful local representative is on call 24 hours a day to ensure that your holiday is completely stress free. |

| Our apartment is very conveniently located to offer the best of both worlds - far enough away from the busy tourist stretch for you to relax quietly and undisturbed around the pool during the day yet within walking distance for your daytime or evening entertainment. A car is not necessary, unless you want to be a bit more adventurous and explore more. Either way there's loads to see and do. Sirena Olympia is located in the ever popular Universal area of Kato Paphos, just 15 minutes from Paphos and 1hour 30 minutes from Larnaca airports. You can stroll to the bustling bars and restaurants in the heart of Paphos in just 20 minutes, and the local beach and seafront are within 25 minutes walk or an easy 10 minute drive. There is a taverna and convenience store within five minutes walk. For eating out in Paphos there is a huge choice ranging from typical Cypriot tavernas to fish restaurants around the harbour and international cuisine in the main restaurant and bar areas. You will always find plenty to fit within your budget and to suit your taste. Night life can be as quiet or hectic as you choose! Paphos has lots to offer for everyone - young and old, singles, couples and families. As well as plenty of places to eat and drink, there’s the charming fishing harbour and medieval fort, the quaint old town with its daily local market and many shops, all types of watersports from the beach, plenty of sports facilities for the active plus 10,000 years of history to discover. Not forgetting of course an average of 340 days of sunshine each year! Paphos combines a cosmopolitan holiday resort, spectacular countryside and historical sites. The beautiful Coral Bay beach is a short drive. For golfers there are 3 excellent courses close by - Tsada, Secret Valley, and the championship Aphrodite Hills courses. If you wish to cool down in the summer or ski in the winter the Troodos mountains are just 1 hour 30 minutes away. |

| Rental Notes: If bookings are spread over more than 1 charging period, the total payable will be calculated on a pro rata basis. For all bookings of 2 weeks or more a change of linen is provided after 1 week. Normal check in times are 2pm and check out times are 12 noon. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £100 if higher) is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 must be paid with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, less any cost of damages, breakages or loss of goods. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
