| From the villa entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads to a lounge with a wood burning fire and TV/DVD/CD and a further archway then leads to a separate dining room with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor there is another lounge themed in an Ottoman style equipped with TV/DVD/CD and a PlayStation 2 and there is a toilet/shower room.
The next floor includes a master bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. | The bustling port of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are good and driving is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon and the centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye as are Hisaronu with its lively night life and the Greek 'Ghost Town' of Kaya Koy. Slightly further away is the unspoilt 20km beach at Patara while close by is Calis Beach with a 6km shingle beach and Water Park which is just a 20 minute drive.
SPECIALIST WATER SPORTS TUITION COURSES are offered in Kitesurfing, Sailing, and Scuba Diving, these are available locally over 3-5 days and are run by experienced instructors. Participants are collected and returned to the villa at the end of each day and qualifications are provided on completion of a course.
THE INTERNATIONAL AIR GAMES in OLU DENIZ during LATE OCT is well worth a visit to see paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that can fly together with an aerobatic display and fly past by the Turkish air force.
GAMES & FITNESS AREA is available with table tennis, darts, punch bag, weights and a cross-trainer in a 600 sq ft room with a shower and bar area - ideal for the more energetic members of your party! |

To book send a Booking Form (from the 'Rates & Calendar' page of our website lycianvillas.com) with a 25% deposit and the balance is then paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a £150 returnable damage deposit.
We can provide return transfers from Dalaman Airport to the villa by car/minibus for £70/£110. We can also arrange car/jeep/minibus rental for £125/£210/£305 per week. A free Welcome Pack is supplied and a full cleaning service is provided weekly including linen/towels change and the pool and gardens are maintained daily. |
