| The villa is fully furnished and equipped for eight guests plus a baby – everything you need for the perfect holiday – even towels & bedding. Three of the bedrooms have cable television & DVD players. The lounge has a larger screen TV as well as a DVD player. There is a playstation 2, with a few games, for ‘virtual’ entertainment. Just bring your clothes and an empty suitcase to take home all your bargain shopping!!
The Southern Dunes Clubhouse features a superb restaurant and bar – just right for eating out, especially after a round or two!!
There are also three community pools, tennis/basketball courts, fishing lake and kiddies play area within the development.
Our spacious villa sleeps two guests in each of the four bedrooms. There is also a cot and highchair so baby is comfortable too!
There is a full size washer and dryer in the separate utility room – and the whole villa is airconditioned/heated.
NEW!! For 2006 – Hi speed internet access, just bring your laptop, or enquire about laptop hire!
Fancy a steak for dinner?? Why not try Manny’s? Just turn left out of Southern Dunes estate and within half a mile its on your right!! Delicious 14 oz ribeye aged steak, cooked just the way you like it!! Try their hot rolls with cinnamon butter….and there endless salad bowl…. Exceptional value for money, but… get there early as they are extremely popular!!! Specials on Wednedays are buy one get one free on the fajitas!!
Fancy something fishy?? How about Garrys Oyster Bar and Seafood Restaurant? Turn left out of Southern Dunes, then, after a couple of miles, turn right onto the 17-92 westbound. After about 4 miles Garry’s is on your right. Try their oysters!! Have a dozen at the table – or sit up to the bar and have a bucket of approx 40!!! Oyster lovers heaven!! What about their seafood platter – delicious snow crab legs, lobster tail and scallops, served with your choice of baked potato, fries or grits. |
