| The Stone Tower studio/rooms look out onto a magnificent sea-view and are surrounded by distant mountains.
The owners are Dina and Takis who would love to have you join them for a holiday in a lifetime. Besides the apartments, there is a superb adjoining Taverna/restaurant/bar and cafeteria which offers local traditional Greek food.
Dina and Takis, will do everything possible to make your holiday a splendid one !
Enjoy walking through the village with its cobbled narrow alleyways and stone tower houses.
The nearest beach is pebbled and is just a few minutes by car. Car-hire, can be arranged as transport is essential due to there being only a couple of buses to and from Areopolis per day. All you have to do, is contact us by telephone or e.mail.
Kotronas, which is the picturesque resort and view which can be seen from the apartment, is a lovely fishing village. If you enjoy fishing or yachting then this is the place for you. It was once the sight of ancient Tenthroni..
Areopolis, which is about 13km away, is an old small town which one can't afford not to visit. There are a few excellent tavernas and small stone authentic shops. It is unique in itself as it's part of one of the most historic regions. It's enjoyable to walk around the old part of the town with its narrow,pretty pathways. It’s the nearest place for shopping and you’ll find quant little shops built from stone.
On the outskirts of Areopolis there is a sandy beach/shingle which is very popular with the locals!
Visiting the Caves of Dirou are a must! They are said to be the most famous caves in Europe and are quite magnificent! |
