The villa is not overlooked by other properties, and has no immediate neighbours, but is not isolated. It is walking distance to the sea, mini-market, restaurants and bars. The nearest sandy beach at Laura Hotel is approx 1km. Coral Bay sandy beach is just 10 minutes away. There is a handy regular bus service between Coral Bay and Paphos town. The bus stop is approx 5 minutes walk and the area is flat for walking. |

| Rental Notes: Air conditioning is available at CY£3 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. 4 units. Cot and highchair on request. Bathrooms are not wheelchair friendly. Shower has curtain and the tray lip is 6cm high, but is not “wheel in” as width is too narrow. Both bathrooms have door width 25cm. Stool in bath available for guests with limited mobility. Garden and pool are attended to daily.
Car Hire not required.
Taxi from Paphos Airport for 4 persons costs approx £18 one way. We can arrange this for you.
Changeover day: Wednesday is preferred, but flexible.

Refundable Damages Deposit £200
Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Visit from our rep. |
